Privacy notice.
Raster Dynamics Pte Ltd ("we") runs this website. This notice explains what we collect through it, why, and how to reach us about it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give: your company, phone number and the problem you describe. If you email or WhatsApp us, we receive what you send there too.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and records things like the pages viewed, the type of device and the general location (country or city). It does not tell us who you are.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you and to talk about the problem you described. We use the website statistics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Messages from the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Website statistics are processed by Google. Both handle the data on our behalf and may store it outside Singapore. Otherwise, we only share your details if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and to work with you, and to meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
